I just stepped out of my sewing room…but I’m going back. I’ve got an apron bouncing around in my head. Good Lord willing, I’ll make it before the day is over. It’s been days since I’ve made one.
This afternoon I finished another breastfeeding cape. Those things are so easy to make that famous maker should be ashamed of themselves for charging so much for theirs! What a racket! You’d think they think money grows on trees!
The more I see this first fabric the more I like it…but then…I’ve always loved paisley. This one is for my precious DIL and Micah.
I’ve got another one in reserve for a baby boy gift down the road…
A paisley burp cloth is almost finished and a John Deere tractor one will follow…but first…another apron.
Until later…
Remember…
Never be afraid to try something new. Remember that a lone amateur built the Ark. A large group of professionals built the Titanic.
