For Today…June 30
Outside My Window…a bird concerto fills the air with early morning music. Feathered beauties visit our feeders after a long night’s sleep…such perfect pleasures God provides!
I am thinking…of all that must be done around our house today.
I am thankful…I know God is always with me…and that He is real.
From the kitchen…soft light spills from the window above the sink into this room.
I am wearing…my pajamas.
I am creating…the apron I started for my daughter last week is in the last stage of completion. Today I hope to finish it and begin another project. My creative juices seem to be still at the moment…
I am going…to stay home as much as possible this week. My gas tank is nearing empty, and pay day is days away. Gas in our area has reached $4.00 a gallon. ~ sigh ~ On principle alone I want to hold out as long as I can without filling my tank.
I am reading…Ezekiel. I wish all of God’s people would read Ezekiel now and apply it to today.
I am hoping…my DH makes it through this work day without great suffering. He is really becoming discouraged.
I am hearing…the voice of Andrea Bocelli softly drifting from the kitchen into this room…such rich sound.
Around the house…decluttering is an ongoing mission. I can finally see results. The results have spurred me on.
One of my favorite things…is two-armed hugs from someone I love.
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week: Mission Declutter continues…
Here is picture thought I am sharing…
Until next time…
The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever. Isaiah 40:8

oh, the picture made me laugh!
He’s a big boy, Tammy…
makes me laugh a lot.
There’s nothing else quite like a big, lazy male Great Dane.
Glad you got a laugh…
a sense of humor is a valuable thing.
My first visit to your blog. I love it!
The Dane is sweet and the apron you are making is adorable.
I have had an enjoyable visit! Adding you to my favorites.
Catherine, I’m glad you enjoyed your visit. I enjoyed browsing your’s, too.
Our Dane is one of my great pleasures…and I’ll be very glad to have that apron behind me.
I look forward to seeing you again.
