Lily is one of my greatest joys and loves in this life…she’s my youngest granddaughter, given to me by God, my son Joshua and his beautiful wife…my beautiful DIL Brandi. This four second video blesses my spirit and eases the sadness of the vast distance between us. It makes me smile. I hope it makes you smile, too.

Tammy, you are so right. It is the little things that are the most special. My son is a youth pastor out in San Diego so we rarely see him and his precious family. Josh shares lots of pics and short videos with us. We talk pretty often, and he recently told me he started youtubing a daily message to “his church kids”. I asked him to do the Lily weeee for me then. I’m so glad he did. I wanted to share her with anyone who might happenstance upon my blog.
The “really big dog” is Bubba…so named by my husband, because I couldn’t settle on the perfect name. As it turns out, “Bubba” fits perfectly. I’m glad y’all enjoyed the pic. It was a moment worth capturing to me. I’ve long since ditched that ugly chair. Not because it was ugly…it was seriously uncomfortable. I’m not sure what body-type the designer had in mind…maybe he was a sadist who was into torturous positions. LOL.
