As promised…Here is my recipe for a fruit – yogurt – soy milk smoothie, Molly.
Banana – Yogurt – Soy Milk Smoothie
1 banana (You can substitute any fruit you like…about 3/4 to 1 cup fruit.)
1/2 cup crushed ice
3/4 cup plain yogurt (I use homemade yogurt.)
1/2 cup soy milk (I use vanilla soy milk.)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons honey or other sweeter (If desired)
Put all ingredients in a blender container and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
(I use a smoothie blender jar for mine. It holds 16 oz. perfectly.)
