On Monday I received Susan’s Butterflies and Dragonflies round robin block. So far all I’ve done with it is gawk at it in awe. The block is awesome, and I get the blessing of working on it. Candji and Hollie are the stitchers who worked on it before me. Susan plans to make a pillow out of her block to place in a favorite antique chair that sits in the foyer of her home. Won’t that be beautiful?
Here is Susan’s unique block…

Until next time…
Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down on your wrath. Ephesians 4:26

This is fantastic and such originality …. LoVe it! Lennnie
What a beautiful block! I can’t wait to see what you do with it, Judy. I just love the colors. It’s going to be a beautiful pillow when it’s finished! I can’t wait to participate in an RR someday.
You and me, both, dear Lennie. Susan’s block is going to be a joy to work on. Thank you for stopping by. Seeing you always makes my day.

Absolutely, Steph! Susan’s block is tops all the way around. I haven’t started my part yet…I’m really giving it a lot of thought first, but I am looking forward to working on it.
As for getting involved in an RR…go for it. The Newbie board and the Novice board are the perfect places to start. Trust me…once you get your feet wet, you will be hooked. RRs are so much fun.
Thank you for stopping by. It’s always a pleasure to see you.
O and by the way. You asked me once if I hoop the blocks I work on. I do not. I control the tension with my hands as I stitch.
Judy
It definitely is!
~Have a lovely day!
Hi Teresa,
