A while back I purchased a sweet pair of earrings made of vintage buttons on silver wires for my firstborn granddaughter with every intention of saving them for a Christmas gift. I should have known better. It is almost impossible for me to stash a special gift away and save it for very long. In fact, I may have broken my own “keeping a special present secret until the right time” record with these sweet earrings, because I bought them months ago and only buckled this morning. I couldn’t wait any longer, and I gave my dear granddaughter her gift…they are every bit as perfect for her as I thought they would be. The earrings were made by Blue Mama from Austin TX. It’s likely she has more for sale if you know someone who would enjoy wearing a pair. I’m sure there is plenty of time before Christmas for Jen to get them to you.
Here’s my sweet girl in her sweet earrings…I used to say she was cute as a button…but she’s too grown for that now. Isn’t she lovely?
Until next time…
