My SIL is selling fresh eggs out her beauty shop. She needed a sign to remind her customers to take their eggs home. I finally made her the promised reminder after much nagging. I should be ashamed, because the eggs are mine, and I kept putting this little project off. Scooping out enough time was the delay, but I finally just did it. My SIL is pleased, and my eggs are leaving with the customers. Don’t you love it when a plan comes together and works?
Until next time…
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. Mark 11:24
What a beautiful sign! Such great talent wrapped up in lil’ ol’ you! Blessings, my friend…
Aww, Heather. You are so sweet. Hope all is well with you…keeping you in my prayers.
those lucky customers!
p.s. – And the sign IS nice. How’d you do that?
Thank you, Tammy. I used my trusty Baby Lock Ellegante 2 to stitch the embroidery onto burlap and sewed a border around it. It was easy but surprisingly time consuming.
I wish I could share my eggs with you. I could probably mail them to you and they would be as fresh as you can buy at the grocery store…however scrambled they may be. 😉
Love your banner!!!
Thank you, Pat.
Great Sign!
We buy eggs from our landlord. At $1 a dozen, they are cheaper than at the grocery store. And I’m sure the quality is better.
