A month or so ago two crazy quilting friends and I committed to a three-way heart swap. The hearts I made are completed and delivered. The yellow one was made especially for Stephanie. The blue one was equally especially made for Cris. Making them was a pleasure…they’ve been well received by both ladies. Each heart is made in a color considered a favorite by both instances and stitched heartfully with love.
Steph’s yellow heart.
Cris’s blue heart…
Speaking of crazy quilting friends, my husband and I took a few days last week for a much needed getaway. We decided to visit north Arkansas, an area we both really like. I contacted my never before seen friend Hollie and arranged to meet up with her and her husband. Meeting both of them in person was a blessing.
Hollie on the right…I’m not sure if that makes her Mutt or Jeff.
That’s a wrap for this post. It’s time to wrestle Bella into the car for a visit to the vet.
Until next time…
Hearken to me, ye that follow after righteousness, ye that seek the LORD: look unto the rock whence ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged. Isaiah 51:1
